You will collaborate closely with teammates and Prudential leaders on driving business outcomes, managing the health of the Robotics Process Automation program, while ensuring service delivery objectives. You are a strong team player with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical execution level.
About the Role:
This position is on the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) team within Enabling Solutions and the successful candidate will manage the operational health of the program, with a focus on transforming the experience of the Prudential employee and customer by improving business process through program management and Intelligent Process Automation expertise. The role reports to the RPA COE leader.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the health of the program, including portfolio health, financial health, operational service delivery health to track to program level objectives and committed outcomes
* Manage to key performance indicators that inform on objectives and organizational health
* Act like a strategic partner to the US Business leaders and drive transformational change
* Be a strategic advisor to the RPA COE leader to consult with and plan on how to achieve strategic goals and objectives
* Assess complex situations and data that lead to actionable outcomes across the program
* Create program level reporting to demonstrate program level health and progress against goals and objectives
* Lead complex program level change initiatives and major incident resolutions
* Act as a liaison between enterprise support groups and RPA CoE including technology partners, control partners, external vendor partners
* Serve as team expert on project management expertise and how to effectively deliver on projects within time, cost, and quality boundaries
* Interact with multiple layers of the organization with demonstrated success initiating change and the ability to influence at all levels.
* Indirectly manage a team of leaders who will be at the manager level and also be responsible for overseeing external consultants
You should be able to demonstrate:
* Program management expertise, understanding how to evaluate a program's health, uncover roadblocks, engage stakeholders to resolve roadblocks, and drive program level objectives
* Formidable inter-personal communication skills, communicating with subject matter experts, business process owners, development teams, and leaders across organizational disciplines to align on objectives, expected outcomes, and a path to value
* Abliluty to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels within the ability to present information in an accurate and appropriate format.
* Enthusiasm, attention to detail and a demonstrated capability for problem solving and creating and enhancing business processes.
* Ability to ask difficult, sometimes uncomfortable questions with focus on driving towards outcomes and measurable impact
* Comfort level with dealing with ambiguity, while having a bias to action, with the ability to take incomplete information, synthesize next steps, and progress a goal or objective forward
* Proven experience building strong working relationships and working successfully in cross functional teams.
* Proven experience in supporting and leading technology development and deployment initiatives
* Ability to work with quantitative data and qualitative data, synthesized with context, and deliver on a path forward
* Strong consultative skills including critical thinking and attention to detail.
* Ability to be self-directed and responsive.
* Ability to coach and mentor others
* Highly developed organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
* Balanced style, positive mindset, active listener.
Qualifications
* 8 - 10 years of experience leading transformational & change initiatives
* Domain knowledge and demonstrated experience in Intelligent Automation
* Demonstrable experience in delivering large scale, complex program management
* Strong financial acumen, especially in the domain of budget and financial management
* Prior experience leading teams in an Agile environment required
* Strong relationship building and influencing skills
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on oral presentation skills.
* Note: Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. Salary range specific to Colorado: $122,500-$165,700 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
