Position: Quality Technician
Location: North America | USA | Easton, PA
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Technician at our Easton, PA location. This is an entry and first level position responsible for assisting in lab, pilot, or production experiments, and in performing quality inspections as directed by others.
Position Details:
Performs research activities and other tasks as directed in a laboratory. Records and reports data and maintains lab notebook according to corporate standards. Knows standard tests and lab procedures but relies on others for significant modifications to lab systems and maintenance.
Primary duties for quality control include inspection, sample preparation, testing, collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting of quality assurance data. Performs metrology inspections as directed by others, per standard work documents. Records and logs inspection data in the appropriate systems.
*This is considered a safety sensitive position therefore will be subject to random drug testing as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: High School diploma plus previous lab/field experience required. BS in Science or Engineering preferred. Speaks, reads, writes, and understands local language (English preferred).

Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel, sometimes frequently and/or for extended periods by air and car.
- Ability to perform physical and chemical experiments and tests in a lab, pilot plant, or plant setting
- Ability to operate a computer
- Ability to lift at least 25 kg
Work Hours: Monday - Friday but must have ability to work the shift/number of hours in which duties need to be accomplished, including overtime, holidays and weekends, as necessary.
Safety Training: A new employee hired to perform the duties of this position is required to be provided New Employee Training by a qualified individual or through the online training system. Additionally, an employee must be provided further training if a job duty/task has changes that will affect the health and safety aspects of that employee's position.
Additional refresher safety training will be required as management deems appropriate or as dictated by government regulations.
