Human Resource Generalist
Harrisburg, PA (Halifax, PA)

Come join our Human Resources team called Member & Community Relations (MCR) as a Generalist in our Halifax, PA location.

A successful MCR Generalist will impact the business through:

• Supporting facility goals and key performance indicators by having the right talent at the right time as measured by Hourly Workforce Quality of Hire, Retention, and Complete to Promise metrics
• Providing consultation and direction to members and leadership on member relations, including development, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, etc.
• Assisting in developing MCR systems and processes that strive to continuously add value and support.
• Entering data in a correct and timely manner into the HRIS system.
• Supporting corporate MCR project initiatives in Operations and Talent Acquisition

The requirements for our MCR Generalist:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field required and one to two years' experience in Human Resources OR
• 1-3 years' of a combination of education and demonstrated successful work experience in Human Resources field.
• Background in FMLA, employment law and other government compliance regulations is preferred.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in an Applicant Tracking System, I9 software, Timekeeping System, and HRIS system
• Human Resource support within a manufacturing environment
