Crescent, a multi-faceted supply chain service provider, committed to meeting the high standards of our Fortune 500 client base, is looking for a Site People Generalist (SPG) to join our team in our Mechanicsburg, PA facility. This is a fantastic opportunity with a growing family owned organization that knows how critical their people are to the success of the business.
As the SPG, you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day people support and services for the Mechanicsburg Facility. This includes compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, training, recognition and recruiting as well as working with technology systems and maintaining compliance, always with an eye to limiting the company's liability. Work Environment / Physical Demands
Fast paced environment, requiring SPG to adapt to continuous changes in Company, Customer and People needs
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arm's length, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time at desk in traditional office environment
- Ability to travel 25% to Crescent locations
- Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, warehouse traffic).

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
? 3+ years' hands on experience working as a generalist in a production / manufacturing services environment.
? Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience
? SHRM CP certification preferred.
? Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
? Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
? Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technology systems as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
? Proven experience working in an HR department
? Natural interpersonal and communication skills
? Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
? Knowledge of KRONOS is a plus
? Knowledge of HR federal laws and regulations
? Strong ability to collaborate and influence a team
