We're searching for a passionate Manager of Talent Acquisition to serve as the face of Perpay to our growing network of talent partners, hiring teams, and job candidates. This team member will identify, recruit, evaluate, hire, and retain top talent across Perpay's rapidly scaling departments. They will demonstrate confidence and expertise in attracting high performers across engineering, analytics, commerce, product, finance, operations, and design. This opportunity is both unique and pivotal, as it provides the chance to lead a core competency at a VC-backed, growth-stage startup and will play an integral role in defining and supporting the end-to-end team member experience. This role reports directly to a member of the C-Suite.

What We're Looking For:

* 5+ years of experience leading talent acquisition efforts
* An excellent communicator with a proven ability to create long-term relationships with team leads, cross-functional candidates, and new team members
* The ability to quickly and thoroughly identify, evaluate, implement, and leverage modern recruitment tools
* A track record of efficient hiring results, resulting from a deep understanding of the candidate journey and conversion funnel
* Extensive experience building out talent acquisition / talent management processes, preferably in the startup and/or FinTech space
* A decisive actor who thinks strategically and prioritizes competing hiring and onboarding responsibilities across technical and non-technical teams
* Strong project management and organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment

Responsibilities:

* Build out talent pipelines for current and future opportunities
* Define talent strategy and improve our candidate's experience using a variety of inputs, and clearly articulate rationale behind talent decisions
* Create, iterate, and monitor job posts, offer letters, performance reviews, and interview guides
* Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
* Manage, train, and evaluate teams of recruiters and interviewers
* Work closely with Perpay's C-Suite to formalize and deliver on KPIs in the People Operations and Talent spaces
* Maintain close relationships with hiring touchpoints at local universities as well national professional organizations to unlock new pools of qualified candidates
* Organize and host recruitment events to drive brand awareness
* Provide expertise and support in the design, development, and implementation of talent review processes required to achieve business goals across departments
* Implement and facilitate the adoption of people operations products and processes, including: payroll, ATS, 401(k), student loan employer match, insurance coverage, etc.
