RHD's BHH Division is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team!

_HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:_

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for developing systems of quality measurement, including but not limited to, trending data, creating reports, facilitating meetings, training, and overall implementation of the division's quality assurance plan. The Quality Assurance Analyst works with program Unit Directors and the Quality Assurance Director to coordinate quality services that provides person-centered and trauma-informed supports to the people we serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for developing systems of quality measurement, including but not limited to, trending data, creating reports, facilitating meetings, training, and overall implementation of the division's quality assurance plan.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

A minimum of three years in a human services field.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field, including but not limited to, sociology, special education, rehabilitation, nursing, counseling, psychology.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office - charts, graphs, and report writing.

Training and background in person-centered and trauma-informed approaches is a plus.

Superior organizational, clinical, interpersonal, and management skills along with an excellent administrative, time management and computer skills.

Knowledge of Quality Assurance plans.
