Description

As a Senior Business Analyst in Global Supply Chain & Procurement, you will be accountable to manage and coordinate the financial implications present in agreements between ARAMARK SCM, Inc. and our supplier partners through managing the set-up, invoicing, collecting receivables, and researching difference payments.

Responsibilities utilizing a proprietary web-based system include:

* Managing the setup process for newly executed contract documents
* Assign to Business Analyst
* Review setup packets for accuracy
* Assist Business Analysts as needed with complicated setups
* Review and approve setup packet and initial invoice
* In conjunction with MS Excel, assist with the collection and uploading of pertinent supplier data
* Manage the economic provisions and accounts receivable data for cold beverage programs, distributors, and any others that get assigned over time
* Coordinating the research and resolve payment differences

Additional responsibilities include:

* Perform purchasing analysis as required
* Use gained knowledge base to solve financial and system related set-up and contract issues
* Work autonomously
* Interface with multiple levels within the organization
* Mentor analyst team
* Complete special projects and assignments as required
* Manage the Cold Beverages
* Train new analyst as needed on this process
* Work with Associate Business Analyst to complete monthly tasks
* Perform contract year-end reconciliations
* Assist with collections and investigate disputes
* Oversee Growth Allowances
* Review Growth Allowance packets
* Provide list to Associate Business Analysts for those to invoice monthly
* Distributors
* Create allocation rules
* Assist with collections and investigate disputes

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required coupled with 4-5 years of related experience, preferably in financial analysis.
* Proven organizational, communication, problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret/analyze complex contracts are required.
* Strong detail orientation and the ability to prioritize multiple projects concurrently is essential.
* Microsoft Excel experience is a must and Microsoft Access, is desired.
