Search Support Specialist
Reporting directly to the Head of Administrative Operations, Helbling Search is seeking a key new addition to our firm. The Search Support Specialist will serve as an integral part to the success of every facet of the work we do. Functioning on a project-to-project basis, this individual will interact with every team member at the firm as well as clients to ensure the success of every search from start to finish.
About the Role
· Provide exceptional direct support to Executive Recruiters, Managing Directors, and President
· Act as liaison between recruiters, search managers, marketing team, administrators, and client representatives
· Prepare information, correspondences, and documents for presentation to clients
· Actively maintain the integrity of data in our proprietary database
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring strict deadlines are met
· Source qualified candidates through a firm understanding of industries and job titles and utilizing our proprietary database
· Analyze and organize information to develop insights and business intelligence
· Cultivate internal and external relationships to promote the growth and success of the firm
· Work within a highly collaborative administrative team to ensure all searches are successfully executed
About You
· Excited by the prospect of serving some of the country's most prestigious institutions of higher education and healthcare
· Curious, open to change, and a desire to learn and improve search support processes
· Detail oriented but also innovative in finding solutions to problems
· Strong foresight and ability to plan ahead
· Masterful time management skills with a sense of urgency to address competing priorities
· Comfortable working both in a highly collaborative and autonomous fashion
· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
· At least 2-5 years' experience in an executive search/recruiting, higher education, non-profit, library, healthcare, or research setting
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required, Master's degree a plus
