Fidelity Bank is looking for a Human Resource Specialist to serve our Bankers for the entire organization! Headquartered at our Scranton Financial Center, this position is an integral part of the Human Resource Department.

Our Human Resource department is seeking an HR Specialist to join their team! In this position, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to assist the Human Resources Department in administering various human resource systems; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; performing administrative duties to support the workflow of the department; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports.
