As a KMRD Sales and Relationship Manager, you'll work alongside a talented, friendly, diverse group of people who all love to learn new things and deliver client value. Sales and Relationship Managers inside KMRD are responsible for coordinating the overall relationship with our clients. They are qualified professionals that are involved in the insurance marketing process as well as the sales process.

Requirements

In this Sales and Relationship Manager role, you will be responsible for

* Generating new relationships with quality prospective clients

* Working with our team in:

* Analyzing of our prospects risk management or benefits programs and delivering input on their needs.

* Structuring the initial program design and client service plan.
* Negotiating the initial program with insurance carriers and assist with future negotiations.
* Delivering team strategies and initiatives.

* Remain involved and be held accountable for ongoing service.

Minimum Requirements:

3 or more successful years in new business development with a similar firm.

* High-level of proficiency with MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe (Acrobat Professional) applications
