This position consults and advises hospital administration (C-Suite), mid and senior level management, contractors and all employees within hospital business units on concepts such as - but not limited to - the following:

* All HR functions
* Managed Change
* Employee Relations
* Labor Relations
* Union Avoidance
* Total Compensation
* Staffing Budgets
* Community Relations
* Management Development
* Organizational Development

Minimum Education Requirement:

* Masters Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or relevant field

Minimum Experience Requirement:

* 10 years of human resources management in a similar role

Minimum Required Skills/Abilities:

* Articulate verbal and written communication
* Team builder, negotiator, motivator, fair, creative and supportive manager
* Ability to tolerate stressful situations
* Ability to mediate and compromise
* Ability to conceptualize
* Consistency in decision making
* Commitment to keep abreast of development in health care
* Commitment to quality patient care and approachable management style
