Summary:#The Senior Recruiter (Clinical Recruiter) will partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the campuses and to deliver the best talent in the organization. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage ongoing manager relationships. Additional responsibilities of the senior recruiter are to source for hard to fill positions, assist in training new recruiters, serve as a mentor for less experienced recruiters, and to act as the primary point of contact for managerial responsibilities in the Talent Acquisition Managers absence. This includes but is not limited to attending meetings, opening new requisitions, granting access to systems, compensation approvals, and other responsibilities as needed. Education: # Bachelor#s degree in human resources or equivalent experience required. Experience: Five (5) plus years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, two (2) plus years sourcing experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and team based project experience required. #
