Lender experience

preferred. Experience in Byte is helpful but not required. Knowledge of paperless is also a big

plus.

Requirements include:

• 2 years of recent Mortgage Loan Processing experience.
• Knowledge of HUD guidelines, specifically FHA as well as USDA, Fannie & Freddie guidelines is essential; complete working knowledge of the loan cycle from application to underwriting is a must.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technology savvy - Ability to learn and operate mortgage software.

Responsibilities:

1.) Client Communication

2.) Requesting, receiving and reviewing loan conditions

3.) Monitoring commitment and closing dates

4.) Submitting loans to underwriting

5.) Weekly pipeline meetings with loan originators

6.) Personal pipeline management
