In this role as a Human Resource Specialist, you will:
- Have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Work under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Prepare and route administrative matters of the appropriate staff elements for all related matters pertaining to the follow command interest programs: Substance Abuse; Suicide Prevention; Combined Federal Campaign (CFC); Army Emergency Relief (AER); Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES); Stars and Stripes; Donations Program and Naturalization Program.
- Prepare a variety of command reports relating to personnel, operations and develops/presents information to high level management officials and other authorities.
- Review budgetary input as it relates to personnel operations to ensure submissions are complete, current, and accurate.
- Assist with administrative functions as needed.
- Monitor and track completion of suspense actions and ensure compliance with regulatory guidance.
- Recommend and assist with the development of policy updates as regulatory changes occur to ensure all regulations and new guidance pertaining to Human Resources are complied with.

Qualifications:To be successful in this Human Resource Specialist role, you will have:
- Bachelors degree
- Secret Clearance
- Three years of experience in administering, delivering, maintaining, advising, and adapting concepts, principles, and theories of Human Resources to meet organizational, management, and mission requirements.
- One year of experience shall involve military personnel policies, practices, concepts, and programs
