Job description

This position is responsible for taking complete and accurate Job orders/Referrals and identifying and placing temporary associates on temporary assignments or direct placement

and placing PCA/Caregiver with client/companies according to specified job orders and requirements and identifying business development opportunities through penetration of existing accounts.

Taking and filling job orders, managing the order life cycle, resolving problems, developing business through customer service calls and marketing of qualified candidates.

Recruiting, screening, hiring, resolving problems, and managing employee relations issues.

Determines appropriate client placement of qualified associates (may be through skill marketing) and conducts basic associate orientation.

Monitors associate activity at client, e.g., track attendance, performance; etc.

Maintains current, accurate data in the computer of client activity and associate inventory in Database Software.

Conducts regular service calls to assigned clients to ensure quality service, identify any problems, and obtain feedback.

Complete quality control procedures including check-in calls and follow-up calls on completed job orders.

Follow and communicates all guidelines, rules, and regulations.

Makes cold call telephone contact to prospective clients to identify potential staffing needs, performs telemarketing calls and recruiting to identify suitable temporary associates for current and prospective clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
