Facility: PREMIER BankcardLocation: Sioux Falls, South DakotaShift: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Job Schedule: Full-Time

PREMIER Bank/Bankcard is searching for Recruitment minded professionals to proactively attract the best & brightest applicants to our organization! You will provide strategic recruitment support to our leaders and also be involved in various Recruitment programs to build future talent pipelines for PREMIER.

Primary Duties

• Partner with Hiring Managers to proactively source and attract talent to PREMIER.


• Identify innovative recruitment strategies for hiring challenges.


• Create recruitment specific action plans at organizational & departmental level.


• Manage & create talent pipelines by leveraging technology, social media and recruitment marketing efforts.


• Screen qualified candidates and provides recommendations and recruitment support to hiring managers.


• Consult with hiring managers to make recommendations for hires across a wide variety of levels of jobs at PREMIER.


• Recommend alternative positions for top candidates.


• Fosters community & educational institution relationships for scholarships, internships, and community-based programs.


• Champion PREMIER to promote workplace culture, community involvement, and other benefits of joining PREMIER.

Experience and Education

• Must possess demonstrated knowledge of talent acquisition, sourcing strategies and proficiency with social media.


• 3 or more years of human resource/talent acquisition experience.


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.


• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred.


• Strong organization, time management, & influential skills.


• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.


• Advanced computer skills required, including MS Office products.


• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
