Role Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on, collaborative and business focused Recruiter who will help lead Agero's efforts in sourcing, attracting, assessing and onboarding high quality talent in support of Agero's Contact Centers. This is a high volume recruiting role as Agero is undergoing rapid growth. The role will support multiple locations.

The Recruiter researches, screens, interviews, and refers job candidates for a high volume of job openings. Communicates and coordinates with candidates and hiring manager to ensure smooth operation of the interview process.

Key Outcomes:

  • Under general supervision, identifies personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills for open positions.
  • Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.
  • Participates in the development of recruitment programs in order to provide the community information about the organization and its opportunities.
  • Build and invest in relationships with key business partners and peers in HR; learn the Agero business and use this information to develop your pitch.
  • Understand the Agero recruiting process, highest areas' of impact required by internal partners and corresponding processes and systems.
