Job Description

The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in a custom developed Coordination of Benefits (COB) software tool. The primary role of this position is to work closely with both the technical and business teams to provide the following key services:

* Create, maintain, and own all system documentation.
* Work closely with external clients to understand, gather, and create business requirements to enhance COB software using strong verbal and written communications.
* Work closely with internal technical team to scope business requirement into a competent technical design, scope, and workflow.
* Become the de facto expert on the custom developed COB software tool.
* Provide UX (User Experience Engineering) expertise to ensure consistent product flow.
* Utilize strong healthcare background to ensure product enhancements will provide maximum value to end users.
* Work closely with both development and QA teams to ensure requirements are met.
* For instances where there are requirements gaps or scope creep, manage the Change Request process to ensure both client and internal teams have a full understanding.
