Job description

A national consumer services company is hiring an email marketer to focus on the full customer lifecycle from lead nurture to user engagement, and retention. The role will be focused on ensuring subscribers get the most value out of services and build a positive relationship with our brand.


Responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle of the email marketing calendar
  • Segment and write compelling messages calling your audience to want more.
  • Work with data analysts, marketing operations and other teams to develop lifecycle marketing campaigns focusing on the entire end-to-end user journey.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting A/B testing, execution, reporting, and optimization
  • Build personalized journeys using email marketing platform, Including campaign workflows, and building segments/audiences/lists
  • Own and analyze campaign and customer data to test, optimize, and drive measurable improvements in customer engagement, retention, and reactivation rates
  • Leverage analytics, quantitative and qualitative customer insights to identify and prioritize opportunities


ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years experience executing lifecycle marketing strategies across email,mobile, etc., with a successful track record, including measuring performance targets
  • Experience managing program design and development for multiple channels
  • Strong dedication to great member experiences
  • A team player with a great attitude who plays to win and have fun and thrives in small, start-up and fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical skills and passion for leveraging data to derive insights and drive impactful business and marketing decisions
