Description:

The Payment Integrity team is looking for a Scrum Master to lead the development efforts of an application modernization effort. Payment Integrity has a suite of products and services that enhance the accuracy of claims payments by identifying fraud and in accuracies within the claims lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Hold responsibility for the process and health of the scrum team (about 8-9 members per work stream)

•Facilitate the agile process and coach scrum team to meet objectives

•Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions while removing any barriers

•Ensure scrum team follows all normal scrum cadences

•Ensure teams are audit compliant

Technical Experience:

• PMP or ACP Cert preferred

• Scrum Cert preferred

• SA Cert preferred

• Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Project

• Knowledge of SDLC

• Rally

• Presentation Skills

Skills:

Scrum Master, Agile, PMP, CSM

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Healthcare payer experience is preferred but not required.
