Job Summary:
- Serves as the Sarah Cannon Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program (SCTCTP) Quality Coordinator
- Develops and submits to SCTCTP leadership recommendations for the programs Quality Management Plan
- Ensures the implementation of program-wide quality management initiatives, and oversees QMP activities (meetings, calendars, audits, outcome analyses, deviation reports, etc)
- Establishes, implements and maintains performance metrics (collections, clinical, processing).
- Analyzes and reports quality control and process improvement data.
- Generates meaningful reports and evaluates patient and program outcomes.
- Evaluates the suitability and effectiveness of the Quality Management Plan with Medical and Administrative Directors at predetermined time points and oversees necessary revisions/updates
- Coordinates activities related to TJC, FACT, FDA, ACoS and CAP accreditation Acts as liaison to external regulatory /accrediting agencies.
- Ensures program compliance with FACT, FDA and other regulatory agency requirements

Qualifications
- Valid TN RN License.
- BS or BSN, Masters preferred
- 4 years experience in clinical area of assignment and/or Stem Cell Transplantation
- 2 years experience with Quality/Utilization Management/Performance Improvement initiatives
- Detail oriented, analytical abilities well organized, and able to work independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
