Job description

Job Summary:

The TA Coordinator is involved in key aspects of the recruiting process, including employment branding,assisting the recruiters, and candidate relationship management. Successful candidate must be able to execute an efficient and highly effective recruiting process that creates an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will aggressively work to meet goals; will be service oriented, and highly engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continual candidate engagement throughout the process from offer to onboarding

  • Coordinating post-interview debrief meetings

  • Maintaining and updating an active list of all candidates in process of hire

  • Provide weekly updates to hiring managers

  • Ensuring that the candidate process moves swiftly

  • Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency

  • Providing guidance to managers and candidates when needed

  • Assisting and supporting the TA team with activities such as special projects and hiring event related activities

  • Main point of contact for candidates concerning completing backgrounds

  • Coordinate and participate in networking and recruiting events

  • Ensures that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws

  • Bilingual a plus English/Spanish

  • Performs other related duties as required

  • Act as backup to other HR personnel as needed and assist with special department projects as needed.
