We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR/ RECRUITER.

Essential Functions

  • Physician, Nurse Practitioner and Facility Liaison
  • Compliance Coordinator
  • Benefit Enrollment Liaison
  • Marketing

The Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter will serve in the following ways:

· Identify internal and external candidates for vacant positions, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes and conducting interviews by phone, in person or via electronic media

  • Collect, process, and maintain applicant data including interviewer recommendations and assessment results

· Implements, disseminates, and administers our policy and procedures

· Conducts, reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory trainings.

· Facilitate the onborarding of new employees through the full employee life cycle of employment from pre-onboarding to termination. Initiate the new hire process from post to offer to acceptance to start date, HR paperwork (I-9 documentation), new hire orientation, etc.

Education, Experience and Skills

· Bachelor's Degree required;

  • 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment and/or Onboarding preferred
  • Health care background preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to manage relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Assertive and responsive in communication and follow up
  • Highly effective listening skills
  • Successfully meet established targets and metrics while maintaining a full workload.
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at different points in a process.
  • Interest and aptitude with process improvement work
  • Ability to work in an environment where change is consistent and often fast paced
  • Ability to understand how data and trends impacts performance and strategy
  • Ability to influence others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
