The Hotel AR Analyst provides accounts receivable support through monitoring all aspects of the collection of outstanding debts owed and is a key member of the Informa housing team. The role is focusing on the show hotel reservation and registration list post event audit, room night commission and rebate invoicing, and collection process, along with month end financial duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for the Hotel AR Analyst to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services for the housing event team and Show accounting contacts. The duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of invoicing, collection, and monitoring of incoming revenue payments. The position will also focus on auditing event hotels to capture all reservations booked at the property for the event and month end financial reporting.

* Prepare commission invoices and act as primary contract for collection issues
* Audit Event hotels against registration list for Invoicing commission payments
* Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients by phone or email
* Verify discrepancies by hotels and resolve invoice issues.
* Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
* Generate reports and detailing accounts receivable status monthly
