Our company, a standout performer within the Information, Communication & Technology industry, is seeking a highly skilled, business-minded, experienced Human Resources (HR) practitioner. As a People Business Partner, you will help to support the people strategy execution for the client group in the US and Canada and a wide range of both strategic and day-to-day human resources matters.

You will
In this role, be responsible for aligning strategic objectives with people solutions and providing daily People Partner support to our clients within the Digital and Managed Services organizations.
Guide leaders in adhering to our values, purpose, and philosophies for a positive employee experience by
- Analyzing employee survey results, supporting Leadership Improvement Plans and contribute to client group's improvement initiatives
- Contributing to Strategic Leadership Culture Transformation
- Investigating and acting upon potential violations of company policies and Code of Business Ethics
- Implementing people team programs as well as special projects
- Leading reorganizations and providing communication support for senior leaders
- Facilitating team assimilation sessions for leaders and speak up sessions for supported units
- Supervising and guiding client specific programs
- Assessing the development of people analytics to advice leaders in people matters
- Crafting insights to guide decisions around business needs, such as D&I, talent market, competence, attrition etc., positively impacting the organization
- Leading development of organizations, including organization re-design
- Driving continuous People Planning and conduct in-unit Talent Reviews
- Encouraging and supporting effective growth & career aspirations
- Researching and evaluating promotion proposals from the business
- Leading and addressing all People related issues including Performance Management, specific Employee Relations trends and driving unit improvement plans
- Facilitating unit's D&I initiatives
- Advocating in unconscious bias, challenging leaders in recruitment, succession planning and nominations
- Supporting leaders in the execution of Annual Salary Review (ASR), off-cycle increases, bonus and awards
- Balancing annual salary budgets for client group, ensuring adherence to global guidelines and local conditions
- Guiding leaders to identify and differentiate the people who make the most significate impact through Pay and Impact Awards and supporting a clear approach around rewards
- Advising and inspiring leaders and employees to use existing tools for recognition
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with minimum 7 years of experience, preferably supporting teams within a high-tech organization
- A wide range of high-level experiences understanding the interrelationships of different HR related areas, using in-depth professional knowledge, judgment, concepts, and company objectives to develop and resolve strenuous situations
- Experience providing solutions to issues in creative and effective ways and being accountable for cross-team work or delivering tactical business targets
- Understanding sophisticated issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, and preferably a high-level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to determinate methods and procedures on new assignments, working optimally in a fast-paced environment
- Appropriate judgment for selecting methods, adapting techniques, and evaluating criteria for achieving results
- Capability to provide responses and build solutions that are reviewed upon completion and are consistent with unit's objectives
- Ability to adapt your style and use persuasion on delivering messages that relate to the wider business
