Local Unit & Position Description:
Do you want to give operational meaning to your skills in occupational health and safety and move on to a consultant position ?
We're looking for a Consultant with proven delivery skills, as well as experience with drafting proposals, and operational experience in management of Health & Safety as well as consulting to join our team in France.
This is an exciting role requiring a professional who can shape and execute project work to deliver on target and work with multi-disciplinary consultancy teams.
We help clients integrate Health and Safety culture into their core business strategy; enterprise risk management; operations and supply chains acting as a trusted third party delivering a full suite of risk management and advisory services.
You will get the opportunity to work on projects across a number of domains, and expertise is required in at least two (ideally more) of the following: risk analysis, occupational Health and Safety training, diagnosis, definition and implementation of action plans aimed at establishing a health and safety culture based on best practices. You will play a role in the business development, sales & delivery of these specialized services.

We are growing our French team currently, and we work closely with our global DNV teams globally.
Key Accountabilities:
You will be expected to work across our range of Health & Safety Risks management services, which include:
Contributing to the broader sales and delivery efforts across all services: occupational Health and safety audits, organizational and technical diagnosis, training, definition and support of our clients for the implementation of action plans.
You will be expected to play a key role in delivery including:
Delivery to revenue targets;
Contributing to major sales pursuits in conjunction with a Director;
Supporting project teams deliver to clients' expectations, goals and target outcomes, on time, on budget and to DNV quality standards;
Contributing to communication with selected clients;
Working with existing and potential clients to help establish their individual needs, identifying and recommending appropriate solutions tapping into DNV capability across the wider group
Location:
We offer an option to be based in Paris or Lyon office with flexible working
Position Qualifications:
1-3 years' experience in similar roles in consulting companies;
Proven track record of delivery in the domains of health and safety;
Experience in the heavy industry sectors, and in technical services such as the implementation of occupational health and safety management systems is highly desirable;
Fluency in English and French is a prerequisite;
Willingness to travel and work around France and the Western Europe area;
Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team;
Appetite for new projects requiring a strong capacity for autonomy and integration of new fields of activity or work environments.
