Overview

When you join Choptank Transport you will become part of a rapidly expanding company that keeps our country moving in all kinds of circumstances. Our Carrier Sales Support Representatives secure logistics capacity for our clients to maximize the efficiency of their supply chain.

Our office is located at1301 S Central, Expy, Ste 260, Allen, TX 75013.

Responsibilities

What would your day look like?

  • Provide outstanding customer service to your customers, carriers, and teammates
  • Source daily capacity utilizing multiple resources to effectively execute customer shipments
  • Develop strong relationships with your drivers/carriers to ensure high levels of service and communication
  • Manage daily communication with your carriers including rate negotiations and shipment requirements
  • Work quickly to resolve problems that may develop on a shipment
  • Ensure all details are accurately communicated and tracked in our systems

  • First year starting base salary of $37,000 PLUS bi-weekly incentives that start after your first month
    • Increase to $38,000 base salary in 3-6 months after completion of training with further increases in the first year.
    • Thanks to our bi-weekly incentive package, first year compensation averages between $43,000 and $50,000 with room to grow beyond.
