Job Title: Business Systems Analyst 2

Job Description:
Monthly invoice:
Managing the data feeds and integrations from multiple vendors into the Digital Fuel IT Financial Management Tool (ITFM)
Analyze data and troubleshoot/identify issues arising from the data feeds or the ITFM tool
Manage the rate table representing the contractual rates and pricing types for all Service Provider vendors including updates for new services and changes to existing services
Manage incidents for invoicing or ITFM tool-related issues
Release invoice in ITFM as well as the invoice closing tasks
Work with tools support team to troubleshoot issues with integration jobs
Business Analysis:
Gather requirements for new services to determine the data source and logic required to provide actionable development items for the ITFM developer to implement
Test development against source data and manage the UAT with the Service Providers and Client
Manage the queue of ITFM Enhancements requested including client and Service Provider prioritization
Reporting:
Manage the report development and availability within the ITFM tool
Manage dispute metric report and dashboard providing performance metrics for the lifecycle of customer disputes
What You Bring:
Required:
Excel Proficiency
Analytical and detail oriented
Undergraduate degree
Desired:
Proven track record of the ability to meet tight deadlines while producing high quality work
Experience with delivering client value and service excellence
Business Analysis experience
Familiarity with IT Industry
Familiarity with Apptio, IT Financial Management and ServiceNow would be helpful
