Job description

Overview: The Enterprise HR Operations Manager (HROM) serves the lead and subject matter expert for Organizational Development, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Leave of Absences, HR Compliance & HR Communication. Reporting to the Enterprise VP of Human Resources, the HROM provides critical input for strategy development, leads content and curriculum development for leadership development, emerging leader and supervisor education and training.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties:
General
Establish and maintain collaborative, credible, and trusting relationships and partnerships with individuals across all departments, both internal and external, to demonstrate the value of HR as a consistent knowledgeable, trusted, go-to resource.
Functions as a trusted advisor to staff, leaders, and the Enterprise VP of HR.
Actively supports HR shared services and centers of excellence model and team members to provide high quality and timely customer service to all customers.

Learning & Development
Collaborate with the Enterprise VP and VP of HR (CUC) to assess current organizational learning needs and identify solutions to address the gap, including ongoing assessment.
Serves as key expert for the Learning Management System and Employee Engagement Survey tool, developing process documentation, training resources and addressing administration needs for the system and the organization.
Enhance the strategies for the design and delivery of instructional resources such as trainings, micro-learnings and any additional materials or content to further OD initiatives such as leadership development, staff learning, emerging
leader development, people engagement and performance and consistently deploy best and next practices for adult learning
theory.
Serve as consultant and subject matter expert for organizational key results dashboard, including the stabilization and
development of the dashboard, training of key contacts throughout the organization, and ensuring the content is up to date for reporting at critical intervals (Board, Leadership and Quarterly Update Meetings).
Lead process and action planning for the employee engagement surveys to gather data insights and provide analytics to key stakeholders such as the board, and Leadership Team.
Partner with Enterprise VP, on leading the organizational action planning for people engagement and serve as coordinator of planning efforts.
Create policies and procedures and program manuals related to Organizational Development.
HRIS
Ensure the data integrity and HR/Payroll processes are working smoothly.
Ensures the HRIS utilization is maximized.
Supervises the day-to-day activities of the HRIS process, updates and workflows.
Talent Acquisition
Serve as both an expert and consultant to HR staff and leaders as needed to address talent and operational issues, using data, analytics, benchmark, exit interview data and industry information and knowledge to drive and measure outcomes.
Oversee the employee engagement activities for the organization.
Facilitate orientation for new employees and leaders.
Create, revise and maintain applicable policies related to talent acquisition.
Will partner with the Enterprise VP of workforce planning initiatives.
Oversee the strategies and operations of onboarding and offboarding of employees.
HR Compliance & Leave of Absences
Ensures that Central Health Leave policies are up to date and adhere to federal and state laws.
Develop and implement strategies to manage leave of absences that adhere to federal and state laws.
Conduct and develop training sessions on leave of absences for the leadership teams.
Ensure that the organization is compliant with applicable employment laws by ensuring policies and required posters
are up to date.
Maintain working knowledge of pending legislative and/or regulatory changes affecting the department and/or workforce and makes proactive recommendations to the Enterprise VP on possible changes, updates, or enhancements.
Responsible for ensuring the organizations values are communicated and understood at all levels of the business, clarifying on employee conduct that is necessary for realizing an engaging, highperformance culture within the company.
HR Communication
Execute and lead communications and meetings regarding HR updates, engagement activities and newsletters.
Serve as the content manager for people engagement meetings and touchpoints; determine plan and best method to
ensure delivery of high-quality results.
Lead the execution and continuous improvement strategy for the organizations intranet. Partner closely with IT and Communications to develop content strategies, encourage staff usage/engagement and oversee ongoing continual
improvement of the site.

Knowledge and proficiency using HR related systems preferred.

healthcare and human resources fields.
