We are looking for a Finance Manager who will be a leader on the FP&A team as we continue to build a robust team to support the growing business. You will collaborate with the accounting team and business partners to understand underlying performance drivers, provide business insight and recommendations, and deliver timely and accurate business performance reporting. You will be a lead partner in the annual budgeting and on-going forecasting process. The Finance Manager will report to the Director of FP&A.
We ideally would like this person located in Austin, TX, but are open to Remote for the right candidate.
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Act as a value-added Finance Business Partner to Business Line Leaders.
* Perform insightful analysis and reporting on financial results to understand drivers, trends, risks/opportunities, and to share findings and actionable recommendations
* Provide decision support to business partners through effective financial modeling and data analysis
* Own critical FP&A processes including the production of Bestow's financial reporting cycle, including monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables for key stakeholders
* Maintain detailed understanding of Bestow financial systems and tools, accounting structures and/or mappings and effectively translate financial information into business narrative
* Conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis to support the Executive Team and Department owners
ABOUT YOU
* 5+ years of relevant financial planning experience
* Experience with Excel, Adaptive Insights, and Tableau (or similar tools)High level of business acumen with success in building relationships
* Strong financial analysis skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
* Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while successfully meeting deadlines
* Ability to handle ad-hoc responsibilities
* Experience working in an asynchronous environment (e.g., Google)
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar degree
