The Healthcare Recruiter builds trusting relationships with people. By understanding the goals & hiring needs of our Caregivers and Nurses, matching them with our solutions, and working to fill open roles. The Recruiter will work with the Sales team to satisfy client expectations in order to achieve placement and revenue goals.

Our perfect match would be someone who has been extremely successful in the healthcare field or recruiting or maybe are a Nurse and wants a new challenge.

You would enjoy using modern technology platforms, and would like to create the best in class processes and methods that enable our firm to create great jobs for our caregivers, nurses and the people who work directly for us.

The Healthcare Recruiter will also take an active role in the development of the hiring and training of other Recruitment staff and will thrive on enjoying the direct financial benefits of creating a successful company that truly benefits all involved.

Job Tasks:

  • Share Karma Consultant's value proposition with caregivers, Nurses and other Healthcare Workers
  • Build relationships with our employees and candidates that are a good fit for our companies unique professional culture
  • Maintain customer relations with enrolled facilities to ensure customer and employee retention.
  • Full time position.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in recruiting/sales.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the healthcare industry with existing relationships in the local area.
  • 1 Year experience managing a recruiting process.
  • Secure interviews and match sales to recruitment demand
  • Desire to eventually train, mentor and lead a recruiting team of your own (with commensurate financial compensation).
  • All positions will be remote with weekly team meetings

Pay:

  • $45,000.00 - $50,000 base
  • Base + Bonus pay - Quarterly bonuses for exceeding goals
  • Generous Commission plan - no cap; work with experienced professional sale team who can create openings and you can fill your open roles by offering nurses a highly competitive pay structure with best in class tech for managing document submittal and interview flow
  • This is a work from home position, but you must be located in Austin, TX or able to be here for occasional meetings, etc.

We utilize technology to meet virtually whenever possible, conduct video interviews, etc. People are encouraged to do what works best for their productivity. Having local relationships and the ability to meet with candidates is highly valued.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
