The Human Resource (HR) Analyst will globally collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and HR Cost. Part of a globally operating HR Controlling and HR Data Integrity team, with the focus of implementing a global HR analytics approach.

Responsibilities:

Supports the development of a global concept and road map for implementing a cutting edge HR Analytics approach
Collects and compiles global HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors' practices, and other sources.
Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for global policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and optimize workforce structure.
Facilitates implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives.
May assist HR leadership with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets.
Participates in the annual HR Mid Term Planning (MTP) and aggregate the information for Board and Management presentations
Performs other duties as assigned.
Strong project management skills
Excellent Verbal and Writtten Communication Skils
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in working with SAP
Advanced skills in data visualization and data based storytelling
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field required.
At least three years of experience in related areas such as job classification and compensation, recruitment, selection, training, employee benefits, and/or equal opportunity compliance preferred.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
