Job description

Responsibilities will be focused on servicing our multi-state portfolio of loans. This is an opportunity to get in early with an exciting company that is growing rapidly.

Loan Servicing Associate

Here are just a few of the duties that will need to be fulfilled in a typical day:

· Calculate and collect loan interest via ACH

· Order, review, and process construction draws

· Review and process loan extensions

· Maintain insurance compliance

· Process and distribute loan payoffs

· Compile loan tapes for buyer review and compliance

· Order loan valuations

· Collect and ship trailing loan documents

· Review and clear loan exceptions

· Manage software and maintain accuracy across the portfolio

· Manage loan files for completeness and accuracy

· Communicate with borrowers to ensure success of project(s)

Skills Desired/Required

· Solid communicator

· Strong organization skills

· Detail oriented

· Positive attitude

· Basic Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word

· Loan Servicing experience (preferred)

· Mortgage experience (preferred)

· Real estate experience (preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Loan Servicing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
• mortgage: 1 year (Preferred)
