This is your opportunity to work with internal engineering teams and external product test suppliers, to resolve issues as well as identify and implement efficient process improvements!ResponsibilitiesExecute product reliability qualificationDevelop hardware for reliability stressingBring up of burn in capability for qualificationsData analysis on qual read pointsInternal and external communication on qualification milestonesLead cross functional team on technical problem solvingRequired Skills and QualificationBachelors degree with 5+ years of directly related experiencePossess a strong base in statistics applicable to high volume data analysis and experience with JMP or similar statistical analysis programsKnowledge of reliability stresses such as HTOL/ELFR/HAST/ESDFamiliarity with datasheets and test coverage reviewsKnowledge of hardware design basicsExperience with scripting languages such as Python, Visual Basic (VBT), or JSLExperience with oscilloscopesAttention to detail and have the ability to make good decisionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Skills and QualificationsExperience with Teradyne IG-XL tester platformExperience with qualification of 55nm and smaller process nodesExperience with HTOL/BHAST hardware designExperience with logic analyzers for burn in setup debugThis position is located in Austin, TXCirrus Logic is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
