We offer extensive training and a wide-array of opportunities for continued education and promotional opportunities.Position: Regional Director of SalesReports to: Regional Vice President of SalesJob Description/Requirements:As a Regional Director of Sales, you will:Provide overall direction, oversight, and expertise in sales management of the division.Ensure compliance and all regulatory agencies governing sales referrals and sales related activities.Assist in recruiting, hiring and training of sales staff.Establish clear direction by effectively communicating the organizational sales goals, priorities, and professional sales standards to Regional Sales Managers Account Executives, and Hospice Consultants.Monitor and track performance of Regional Sales Managers, Account Executives, and Hospice Consultants.Implement appropriate interventions in place to drive optimal sales performance of the division.Hold Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives accountable for achieving budgeted admissions.Maintain a disciplined and systematic approach to sales management duties, regularly scheduled calls, meetings, account management tools, etc.Effectively coach Regional Sales Managers Account Executives, and Hospice Consultants to identify key referral sources, develop new business, and manage accounts within their markets to grow business.Work collaboratively with operations on the budgeting process and the enhancement of AccentCare's brand in the communities served.Ensure operations and sales growth strategies are aligned.Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation Standards.Maintain a commitment to the values and mission of AccentCare.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements of Qualified Candidates:Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing or related field preferredMinimum of five years' experience in multi-site sales management required and multi-state preferredSuccess in similar endeavor with a service and or healthcare organizationKnowledge and experience in the areas of home health care and/or hospiceExperienced leader with proven sales management skillsMust be creative, high energy and success oriented team playerExcellent verbal, written and presentation skillsMust have the ability to successfully work with staff to achieve goals without direct managementExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levelsAbility to influence, negotiate and accomplish objectives through others with whom manager doesn't have controlAbility to prioritize, multi-task and manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyGeneral knowledge of HR management practices, including recruiting, selection, development, motivation, retention and performance managementAbility to monitor, analyze and interpret complex dataAbility to drive execution and accomplish sales objectives in a multi-site, multi-state, widely distributed organizationAbility to resolve conflicts in a positive and constructive manner and restore relationships with internal team and referral sources
