We're looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to help support our organization through a hyper-growth period. You will assist hiring teams & managers in creating job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and identifying highly skilled technical talent. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll work alongside a small team to source, evaluate, and hire the best industry leaders in niche technical roles related to Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, Product and Design roles. You may also have the opportunity to support our business teams in hiring non-technical roles, including but not limited to: Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Administrative.

What you'll do:

* Provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting for a variety of predominantly technical positions.
* Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent in the AI/ML space.
* Craft and distribute effective job descriptions to build a compelling pitch for qualified candidates.
* Prolifically source passive candidates for tough-to-fill positions and creatively source for niche roles.
* Partner with engineering leads to understand their hiring needs and to teach them how to maximize hiring output for their team.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
* Provide top notch candidate experience.
* Help fill the highest priority positions as efficiently as possible.
* Influence senior leaders and act as a strategic talent acquisition partner.

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of technical recruiting experience ideally both agency and corporate environments.
* Professional experience with Greenhouse, along with other various recruiting software & sourcing tools.
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced degree(s) and/or certifications are nice to have.
* Experience recruiting for a wide array of technical and non-technical, including specialized positions in AI/ML.
* Exposure to recruiting for positions that require various levels of security clearance for government contracting.
* Demonstrated ability influencing senior leaders.
* Experience hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently.
* Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast paced/ambiguous environment.
* Well networked with a deep talent network of diverse talent.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Advanced degree or certifications.
* Experience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions inclusive of: hiring timeline, recruiter bandwidth, or offer acceptance rate.
* Experience working in a startup and/or SMB environment.
* A love for solving challenging problems and building programs for scale.
* Strong organizational skills and an ability to quickly prioritize competing priorities.
