Job Title: Test Environment Management Consultant
Location: Austin, TX/Fort Mill, SC
Type: Fulltime
Job Description:
- Involved in Resolution and Prioritization of Critical Incident Involved in daily health checks for both On Premise and Cloud based applications
- Involved in Root Cause Analysis of incidents and defects Involved in monitoring
- Multiple servers and infrastructure
- Repetitive Incident and Systems for memory utilization and performance errors Involved in coordinating the downtime of the environments to minimize the impact upcoming releases to stakeholders
- Deployment and Sanity to provide a stable test platform and hardware requirements to Infrastructure Management team
- Involved in managing incidents logging prioritizing Triaging and Resolution and Closure Client Escalation and Data Analysis for Problem Management
- It will be good to have the ability to perform the Automation activity to reduce team s effort and increasing efficiency
- Onsite offshore coordination
- Experience with client communication collaboration
- Should have Good communication Skills
- Should have good testing QA 101 knowledge
