As a Property Manager at LEAP, you will have the opportunity to tap into your entrepreneurial spirit by building a strong client base through impactful networking and prospecting.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
As a LEAP Property Manager, you will build or expand your own property management practice. You will rely on your personal drive to develop a book of business and deliver personalized property management solutions to your clients. You will deliver the LEAP promise by performing the following tasks:

  • Perform Inspections
  • Handle Security Deposits / Manage Disputes
  • Collect Rent / File Evictions / Attend Eviction Court
  • Complete Property Renewal / Coordinate Move-Out Process
  • List Properties / Present Showing Reports
  • Work with Leasing Agents
  • Process / Present Applications
  • Draft Lease Contracts / Coordinate Move-In

HOW WILL WE HELP
To prove that we are committed to your success, we will pay you a salary for up to 12 months as you cultivate relationships with existing clients and perform major client services. We'll help you navigate becoming a new property manager through extensive training. We will provide a platform to operate your business.

COMPENSATION

  • Salaried first 12 months
  • 100% commission after 12 months

REQUIREMENTS

  • Active Texas Real Estate License
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales, Business Development or Account Management experience.
  • Ambition, self-motivation and commitment to establishing long-term client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with critical thinking
  • Prior Property Management or Leasing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
