Kforce has a client in Coppell, TX that is seeking a Business Analyst.Responsibilities: * In this role, the Business Analyst will focus on the development and streamlining of eCommerce strategic operations; Primary focus will be on parcel spend, carrier management, KPIs, cost management & operational efficiencies * Identify improvement opportunities and communicate analysis results directly with department leaders to assist with business performance advancement * Leverages analytical and time management skills to ensure that all requirements are accomplished within established timeframes * Lead cross-functional projects using data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities * Conduct Daily/Weekly/Monthly analysis/extraction, providing insights, turnaround plans, accountability, and monitoring of eCommerce Inbound & Outbound Parcel Operations * The Business Analyst will be responsible for design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze key operations and performance metrics * Responsible for the consistency and integrity of data reported * Development, implementation and continuous assessment of operational markers, helping to identify areas of concern and trends (negative/positive) * Assist in coordinating cost savings and initiative impacts into the monthly/annual budgeting process * Track and trace shipments daily and proactively to avoid any delays * Support business departments on urgent shipments and new-launch models and ensure there is adequate capacity to support Launch * Develop executive level presentations often using story-telling and visuals to provide well-rounded and compelling insights * Work proactively with 3PL's to ensure continuous support for optimal production and solutions * The Business Analyst will independently lead projects related to strategic growth, continuous improvements and increased profitability * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Analytics preferred * Master's degree/MBA is a plus * 2-3 years of directly related experience with eCommerce Operations * Experience with Parcel Operations * Root Cause Identification & Analysis experience * Must have track record and ability to maintain positive team dynamics. Works closely with team members * Experience working simultaneously with various cultures preferred * Demonstrate strong competency and comfort working with and analyzing large sets of data. Experience with business intelligence a plus. * Demonstrated impact on profit enhancement and strategic initiatives * Demonstrated expert-level experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office products Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
