JOB SUMMARY: Brink's Business Analyst performs multiple asset management support activities of varying complexity in ServiceNow. This role is responsible for operations of the Asset management processes including data analysis, exception identification, reporting, and tracking compliance. The role works in close coordination with IT Asset management leadership to complete routine and complex work requests, monitor performance standards, as well as identify and implement process improvements/ best practices. Duties may focus on software, hardware or both. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide data and prepare ITAM reports and metrics to ITAM leadership for tracking and analyzing software, and technology related hardware from requisition through retirement. Account for the IT assets throughout the enterprise utilizing Discovery tools to manage all assets within the organization. Resolve ITAM related incidents and fulfil work requests to support the needs of the business. Support internal and external audits of hardware and software assets as required. Maintain records in ServiceNow to track entire life-cycle management for each hardware and software asset including licenses, warranties, service agreements, refresh date, and end of life data information. Create/ update Knowledge articles and other supporting documentation for ITAM best practices within Brinks. Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Procurement and Security teams for the assignment of IT hardware, software and related products. Support ServiceNow SAM/HAM module configuration and testing. Work in a cross-functional team and assist with configuring, and at times customizing, software and hardware asset management modules in ServiceNow. Work with multiple teams to improve ITAM processes, automate manual work, strengthen controls and increase efficiency. Help ensure data governance for IT asset management with a goal of 95% or better accuracy. Notify management of potential savings opportunities for purchases, renewals and software licensing. Remediate hardware manufacturer/software publisher company data on an ongoing basis and configure for normalization/de-duplication. Maintain vendor and manufacturer records in core company table while governing for duplicates or non-normalized company names MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2-3 years of IT Asset Management experience. Experience with testing procedures, systems processing design, ITIL framework. Exceptional interactive, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop cohesive working relationships with all stakeholders Flexibility to adapt to change and willing to learn and develop new skill sets as applicable. Intermediate level experience with Excel PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred 4-5 years of experience in IT Asset Management Prior experience with ServiceNow preferred. Advanced level experience with Excel PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: Intermediate Ability to analyze information and convert related activities into a comprehensive work plan. Intermediate Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions from peers and management and make recommendations. Intermediate Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect & analyze data, establish facts, and recommend remediation actions. Ability to monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the ITSM system.
