Government Client Sales Consultant:
Consilium's Government Services Division, located in the Irving/Las Colinas area of the DFW metroplex, is seeking an experienced and outstanding business development professional to build and maintain a client-base of U.S. Government healthcare facilities in need of our physician placement services.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to work in a positive team-based environment amongst experienced business leaders with over 10 years Locum Tenens physician placement.

The Ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Within your designated Government Agency, you will source leads for upcoming staffing needs across the country
- Build and maintain strong relationships within each facility and contracting office in order to better understand and address the needs of your client
- Maintain superior client communication
- Review Government solicitations to qualify contracting opportunities in an effort to provide key information to team members to source qualified candidates
- Consistently implement the knowledge gained by participating in Consilium's 1:1 training program
- Partner with your aligned Recruiting Consultant team members
- Act as primary point of contact between the Government Agency and Consilium in order to ensure quality coverage that exceeds contract expectations
- Minimum 1 year successful sales or recruiting experience, healthcare industry a plus
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Professionalism and confidence to effectively communicate with medical professionals and/or C-Suite executives.
- CRM and high call volume experience highly preferred.
- Stable employment history with verifiable references.
- Computer (MS Word/Excel), organizational and client/customer service skills are a must.
- Ability to travel on an occasional basis, both locally and out-of-state, to attend conferences and face to face meetings.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
