Job Summary

The HR Generalist role is integral in the effective HR management of all US employees throughout the employment life-cycle. This role will report directly to the HR Manager US, and will be focused on ensuring the employee and stakeholder support needed from an HR perspective is delivered to meet business objectives.

What will you do?

* Oversee all day-to-day Human Resources operations.
* Foster a strong company culture and work with the team to promote a healthy work-life balance.
* Oversee US full-cycle recruitment efforts in tandem with local recruiters.
* Manage the full employee life cycle including on-boarding, off-boarding, and policy administration.
* Administer and maintain local HR platforms and systems such as BambooHR (HRIS), Lever (Application Tracking System), Emtrain (LMS), Notion (Internal Communication).
* Build strong working relationships with the local leaders as a representative of HR.
* Support strategies to align US processes and procedures with the global HR strategy and approach.
* Maintain compliance with the local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
* Provide diverse administrative and all other necessary operational support.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring statutory compliance.
* Assist team with all other duties and special projects as assigned.

What do you need to succeed?

* Previous relevant experience in a Human Resources role.
* Advanced computer skills (MS Office Word and Excel) required.
* Experience in administering HRIS and ATS is strongly preferred.
* Strong interpersonal & communication skills (written & verbal)
* Strong follow-through & attention to detail.
* Proven ability to prioritize & multi-task in a fast-paced environment with concurrent projects/deadlines.
* Sense of urgency to get priorities completed on time.
* Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business.
