Job Summary:
Assist in the technology onboarding of all new and transferring employees, to ensure they have the hardware and systems access they need to be successful in their new roles.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and Duties:
Onboard all employees onto the Active Directory, JHA Silverlake and ancillary products systems
Collaborate with department managers to identify employee's need for access to department specific products
Review internal forms and move/add change requests to ensure proper execution
Communicate directly with employee or their manager regarding access credentials
Coordinate smooth transition of new employees to Veritex IT Ticketing system for ongoing IT support
Act as liaison with department managers to facilitate access to restricted resources
Review user account access reports for accuracy between all banking systems
Review security access reports to ensure account permission accuracy
Recognize inefficiencies throughout the onboarding/offboarding lifecycle and create plans to improve the process
Create automated forms and workflows for any department using bank approved tools to reduce errors and inefficiencies
Other duties as assigned

Knowledge of Active Directory a must
Understanding technical systems and moving efficiently between them

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills
Able to multitask and work independently or with a team
Ability to develop working relationships with internal lines of business managers
Proficient in the use of MS Office products
Education/Certifications (required)
High school graduate or equivalent
Experience in the banking industry, a plus
