Researcher for Staffing Agency $17 an hour - Full Time - Long Term

Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) Must be able to work OT!

We are looking for a dedicated Researcher to join our Dallas, TX team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a Researcher include sourcing candidates through databases and social media, A successful Researcher has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented. A good Researcher can assess candidates' skills, experience and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying hiring needs
• Collaborating with Sales and Staffing Supervisors to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
