Centria Autism is the largest provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across the state of Michigan, with services in 10 other states. Position Objectives Are As Follows

Regional Clinical Director Essential Functions:

• Management of cases as outlined in original job offer. Approximately 10 hours per week.
• Review of Treatment Plans and Reports of new BCBAs and BCs. Approximately 810 hours per week.
• Manage and mentorship BCBAs and BCs. Approximately 10-12 hours per week.
• Must have quick email and phones response to teammate reaching out in need
• Offer assistance in treatment planning, programming, and situational management
• Track and implement QAPI with your team on a weekly basis to get all employees to optimal quality assurance and performance improvement targets.
• Meet weekly with team members to review all of the above

• Conduct Fidelity Assessments of BCBAs and BCs. Approximately 4 hours per week.
• Go out to home-based and center-based clients to conduct assessment and provide positive and corrective feedback
• Develop and collaborate on projects with fellow RCDs. As needed.
• Develop and present training/research for Monthly Clinical Meetings. As needed.
• Arrange case coverage for team members who are on extended leave. As needed.
• Between objectives above, drive time, attending corporate meetings and additional objectives as needed, the RCD role is expected to be a 50 hour per week position.
  

Working Conditions

Centria's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am-6:00pm. Additional time may be required to complete above work or meet company objectives.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching and lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting a majority of the day as well as walking as standing when needed. This role will require close visual activity on multiple computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
