What You Will Do
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for effective advocacy on behalf of Integrity Marketing and its business units. This position, with input from the AGC, Compliance and senior management, will liaise directly with regulators and trade organizations in response to legislative and regulatory proposals that impact Integrity Marketing or its business units. This role is responsible to identify and communicate trends and developments in corporate governance, emerging risks, insurance and securities regulation to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all regulatory matters, including the preparation and filing of any filings, forms, notices or responses.
- Provide clear and concise legal positions involving highly complex issues that align with Integrity Marketing's strategic business objectives.
- Act as a liaison with regulators and trade organizations on behalf of Integrity Marketing and its business units.
- Identify and communicate trends and developments in corporate governance, emerging risks, insurance and securities to senior management and business units
Required Skills / Abilities:
- Highest level of trust and judgment
- Ability to quickly understand and ascertain impact to Integrity Marketing and its business units for complex legislative or regulatory proposals at federal and state levels

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas or, if licensed in another state, able to qualify for admission in Texas within 180 days of employment
- Minimum 5+ years in the financial services industry (whether in-house or law firm work), of which at least 3 years must be in an advocacy role
- In-depth understanding of regulatory landscape for insurance
