We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Director to join our team. We are a fast-paced organization that provides leading oral surgery practices with professional support services by partnering with us and joining our network.

Revenue Cycle Director:

• This key role is responsible for providing vision, leadership and direction for all revenue cycle functions, including AR analysis and collections, while ensuring an outstanding patient experience.
• The Director will participate in strategic planning and provide leadership.
• To be a successful Revenue Cycle Director you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You should demonstrate technical skills and a strong working experience in healthcare revenue cycle.
• Highly skilled in understanding and management of all functions related to third-party billing processes, specializing in practice and professional fee denial management, and fee schedule reimbursements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Management, or another related field.
• Equivalent work experience (3 years healthcare revenue cycle) acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification, preferred.
• 4+ years medical billing management experience
• 4+ years Revenue Cycle management experience.
• Experience in the dental industry, and startup company is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of records management, coding, managed care, and A/R policies and processes.
• Knowledge of billing and collections of various insurance payors
