Responsible for creating financial, operational and technical tools, reporting and workflows that are necessary for the services practice to meet its client, financial and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

* Analyzing the structure of business process, work to identify challenges and design solution assessments.
* Ability to quickly learn, understand and develop solid business practices for Services.
* Developing and Delivering training and support on topics and tools such as CA Clarity PPM to the greater business.
* Providing back up to teammates in operational areas such as Non Bill process oversight, Vendor Management, etc.
* Prepares financial and operational information.
* Communicates effectively and proactively with internal stakeholder to ensure information is received logically, consistently and in context.
* Obtains necessary data required to complete analysis in support of key initiatives.

Qualifications:

Academic and professional qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in relevant academic field.

Experience

* Strong technical experience are desired, especially in the areas of MSExcel, MSTeam apps (Power BI, Power Automate and the like), Visio and other collaborative software.
* 2+ years of relevant experience.
* Excellent communication skills and PC skills.
