Job description

Responsibilities

Responsible for recruiting qualified candidates from the community and other parts of the US. Assists with the development of hospital programs and services that support recruitment. Work involves planning, coordination, market research, negotiation and implementation of recruitment activities.

Oversees preparation of employee files, benefits, etc. Prepare reports, documents and the processing of new employees and terminated employees. In puts data into Lawson program. Assists with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required, or 5 years of Human Resources Recruitment experience with an Associate's Degree in a related field, or 8 years of Human Resources with 4 years of solid recruitment in a Healthcare setting, considered in lieu of a degree.
