Job description

The Talent Acquisition Manager is in charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.

Responsibilities:

* Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates
* Continuous improvement and development of recruiting activities that benefit all stakeholders
* Vendor Management; including selection and monitoring for KPI's that align with company goals
* Attracting, recruiting, hiring, and retaining a staff of recruiters
* Collaborates with Leadership to understand and implement programs to meet company goals
* Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
* Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
* Coaches and holds Recruiters accountable for meeting agreed upon deliverables/goals
* Responsible for overall client experience with recruitment processes, policies, and systems for specific engagement/project
* Fully leverages functionality of recruitment tools to produce reporting and metrics
* Reviews relevant metrics with the Director of Talent Acquisition on a weekly basis during 1:1 meetings, alongside with mitigation plans should the team be falling below daily/weekly/monthly metrics
* Monitors recruitment performance and effectiveness and accuracy by recruiter

Basic Qualifications and Attributes:

* Bachelor's degree in business and/or human resources preferred
* Five years' of recruitment experience
* One year of leadership experience
* Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required
* Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
* Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
* Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier
